We don't store your financial data. We don't sell it. Period.
Your retirement planning information stays on your device, exactly where it belongs.
When you use Nestly, you input sensitive information like age, salary, savings, and expenses.
✓ This data is 100% stored locally on your device only. We never receive it on our servers.
When you run calculations, we temporarily send anonymized data to our servers:
• Your input parameters WITHOUT any identifying information
• Processed by our calculation engine
• Immediately deleted after the result is sent back
• No logs, no storage, no tracking
All data transmission uses industry-standard HTTPS encryption with TLS 1.2+. Your data in transit is secure.
Nestly is hosted on:
• Vercel - For the web app (world-class security & CDN)
• Railway - For our calculation backend (secure cloud infrastructure)
Both provide enterprise-grade security, automatic HTTPS, and international compliance standards.
Your device's operating system provides additional protection:
• App data encryption
• Secure enclave technology
• No automatic cloud backup (unless you enable it)

❌ Never use your data for anything besides your request
To improve Nestly, we collect optional, anonymous usage data:
• Which features you use
• App performance metrics
• Crash reports (to fix bugs)
None of this identifies you personally. You can disable this in app settings anytime.
Your data is in the app on your device. You can access it whenever you want.
To delete everything:
• iOS: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Nestly → Offload/Delete App
• Android: Settings → Apps → Nestly → Storage → Clear Data
• Web: Clear your browser cache
Go to Settings in the app and toggle off analytics. That's it.
